William Edward "Bill"  Clark
William Edward "Bill" Clark, 75, of Bloomington passed away Tuesday, May 9, 2017 at IU Health Hospice House.
Bill was born December 11, 1941 in Smithville, Indiana, he was the son of the late Ray and Beatrice (Lucas) Clark.
Bill was a retired carpenter with Don Mitchell Builders for over 40 years.
He was of the Pentecostal Faith and loved fishing and deer hunting.
Bill attended Smithville High School and was a member of the basketball team. He graduated in the class of 1960.
Bill is survived by his wife, Linda Clark, one brother, John Clark (Pat) of Smithville, one son, Brett Clark of Port Orange, Florida, one step-daughter, Tracy Stickels of Martinsville, one step-son, Travis Stickels of Bloomington, six grandchildren Adam Smith of Martinsville, Kylie, Jordan, and Dylan Stickels all of Bloomington, Andrew and Christopher Clark of Port Orange, Florida.
Visitation will be 11am-2pm Thursday, May 11, 2017 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. in Bloomington.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday at The Funeral Chapel with Fred Stanger officiating.
At Bill's request cremation will follow the service. His final resting place will be Smithville Cemetery in his hometown of Smithville where his life journey began.
Memorial contributions may be made to IU Health Hospice House or to the Whitehall Pentecostal Church Building Fund.
