Obituary for Norma Jean Hacker (Conder)

Norma Jean Hacker, 88, of Bloomington passed away Sunday, July 2, 2017 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born, April 16, 1929 in Monroe County, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Nellie (Jerrill) Conder.
Norma was a Custodian at Indiana University and she was a member of Soul's Harbor Apostolic Church.
Survivors include one daughter, Diana Hawkins (Frank), one son, Allen Hacker (Nancy), grandchildren, Shanna Smith (Josh), Josh Hacker all of Bloomington and Frank Hillenberg (Dulci) of El Paso, Texas, great-grandchildren, Makaylee Smith, Brayden Smith, Amelia Hillenberg, and Gabriel Hillenberg.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Wilford E. Hacker (2016) and 13 brothers and sisters.
Visitation will be 12-2pm Thursday, July 6, 2017 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. in Bloomington.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm Thursday at The Funeral Chapel with Brother Russell Elkins officiating. Burial will follow at Knightridge Cemetery.
The family requests that memorial contributions be made to The Funeral Chapel.
