Beverly Jean Weaver
Beverly Jean Weaver, 83, of Bloomfield, passed away on Monday August 28, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family.
Beverly was born March 1, 1934 in Ft. Wayne, Indiana and was the daughter of the late George and Catherine (Mason) McCombs.
Beverly worked for several companies through the years including; Bloomfield State Bank, Eastern Schools, Pi Beta Phi Sorority, and Regulations Management Corporations. She was a member of Cincinnati Christian Church, Order of Eastern Star #547 in Solsberry and the Owensburg Delts.
Beverly is survived by her son Marvin (Janice) Weaver of Bloomfield, daughter, Cathy (Bobby) Gunther of Bloomington, 3 sisters, Lucille (Donald) Boruff of Bloomington, Rebecca Corbin of Florida and Norine (Jim) Bunch of Bloomington. Also surviving are 5 grandchildren, Robert E. Weaver, Clinton (Shelly) Weaver, Amy (Brad) Deckard, Kyle (Rebekah) Gunther and Jonathan Gunther, 6 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Beverly was preceded in death by her parents, husband, John O. Weaver (1993) and son Robert A. Weaver (1976).
Services will be 12:00 pm Friday September 1, 2017 at Cincinnati Christian Church 11432 IN 54 Bloomfield with Pastor Tony Stinson officiating. Burial will follow at Carmichael Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Thursday August 31, 2017 from 4-8 pm at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington with an Eastern Star Service at 7:30 pm and on Friday from 11:00 am until service time at the church.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Beverly's memory to the IU Health Hospice House.
