Billie E. Reynolds, 63, of Bloomington passed away Friday, September 22, 2017 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital.
Born, February 14, 1954 in Taylor County, KY; he was the son of the late Jasper and Isabelle (Melton) Reynolds.
Billie was a Service Person for the City of Bloomington Utilities Dept. for 31 years.
He was a loving husband, father and grandfather who enjoyed fishing and spending time with his grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife of 44 years, Rita (Poling) Reynolds, two daughters, Kristina Love of Martinsville, and Billie Jo Jaggers (Jody) of Morgantown, five grandchildren, Axl Love, and Alexa Shrake both of Martinsville, Skye Reynolds of Stinesville, Braydon Reynolds of Bloomington, and Eli Phillips of Morgantown, three brothers, Jerry Reynolds (Vicky) of Burksville, KY; Danny Reynolds (Becky) of Lovington, NM; and Mike Reynolds (Sondra) of Solsberry.
Billie was preceded in death by two sisters, Betty Grubb, and Nelda Jane Reynolds.
A private family Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
