Penny Louise Kinser, 67, of Bloomington, passed away on Monday October 23, 2017 at her residence surrounded by her loving family. Penny was born July 31, 1950 in Monroe County and was the daughter of the late Robert and Margaret Hines. Penny worked at Cook, Inc. and retired after 14 years.

Penny is survived by her husband Gary Kinser, daughter, Brandi Kinser, son, Wesley McBride, step daughter, Tammy Lucas and two step sons, Shane Kinser and Dallas Kinser. Also surviving is her sister Robin Kirkpatrick, 7 grandchildren; Johnny Snapp, Josh Lentz, Lindsey Hughes, Dawson Kinser, Montana Kinser, MaKinley Kinser and Taylor Ping, and 3 great grandchildren; Bo Hughes, Ava Ping and Adalynn Stacy.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Services for Penny will be 11:00 am Friday October 27, 2017 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington. Pastor Mickey Smith will officate the service and burial will follow at Clear Creek Cemetery.

Visitation for Penny will be on Thursday October 26, 2017 from 4-8 pm at The Funeral Chapel and on Friday from 10:00 am until service time.
