Teresa Gayle Moore, age 57, passed away at IU Health Bloomington Hospital on Saturday, November 18, 2017 while holding the hand of her loving husband. Teresa was born in Bloomington, Indiana to William Earl and Wilma Jean (Nikirk) Pope on January 15, 1960. Teresa was a very caring person with a heart of gold. She would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need. Teresa enjoyed playing pool and was a member of the American Pool Association. She was a very strong person who took everything head on. Teresa loved God and put all of her faith in Him. She loved being with her family, especially her grandchildren who were her world.
Teresa is survived by her husband, Michael Moore, children, Jeremy and Justin Wiley, Christopher Connelley, and Chuck, Steven, and Jonny Wiley, grandchildren, Dustin, Jessica, and Bradley Wiley, Hanna Nasstron, Jacob Wiley, Anna Lee, Hailie and Joshua Wiley, and Haiden and Jace Connelley, great-grandchildren, Avia and Auna, siblings, Sherry Hart, Kathy Ward, and Rick, Steve, Mike, and Tom Pope, in-laws, Darlene Hanner, Wayne Moore, and Lisa Moore, and many nieces and nephews.
Teresa was preceded in death by her son, Joshua, parents, William and Wilma Pope, brother, David Pope, and grandmother and grandfather-in-law, James Edward and Lula Izora Moore.
Reverend Wayne Moore will officiate the graveside service for Teresa at 11:00 am on Wednesday, November 22, 2017 at Clear Creek Cemetery in Bloomington, Indiana.
