Condolence: Jeff was a wonderful person. I met him while doing dialysis. We always had a good time talking.

Condolence: I met Jeff in 1980 when I became manager of the Avco Financial Services branch in Bedford. His branch of the State Bank of Mitchell was next to Avco in the Stone City Mall, and we immediately became fast friends. Spent any hours on his boat. Jeff was a great listener and advisor. Got together many times over the years after I had moved to the Chicago area. I'm very sad that I lost contact with him over the past three or four years. Never knew he as ill. I will miss him greatly.

Condolence: I worked with Jeff many years ago at General Finance. He was such a joy to be around. He was funny, witty and always had a smile on his face. I had forgotten what a hypochondriac he pretended to be. If the conversation turned to something health related, he would soon come down with symptoms of the illness. Then he would do his best impersonation of Fred Sanford, from Sanford & Sons. He'd put his hand over his heart and say "I'm coming Elizabeth". I hadn't seen Jeff in a long time. When my thoughts take me back to the time I worked with him, it always leaves me with a smile on my face and a warm place in my heart. He will be missed.

Condolence: Jeff stepped in as a father to me for many years. I remember him as being an extremely kind and welcoming man. I am so grateful for all he did for me over the years. May he rest peacefully. Love, Marni Moose 💕

Condolence: Jeff always had a smile on his face or a joke to tell. I worked with Jeff at KeyBank and the three of us girls gave Jeff a hard time daily and loved to tease him as he was such a hypochondriac. Jeff had a heart of gold and loved his family. You will be missed Jeff! Tami
