Condolence: Sorry to hear about Tim’s passing. Unfortunately I did not see Tim a lot after high school but have many great memories. It was good to be able to spend a few minutes with both of you this summer at the class reunion. Our thoughts are with you Sara.

Condolence From: Bob Kissel
Condolence: Hi Sara, Hannah & Isaac- I read with deep sorrow that your dad passed Sunday. Your dad embodied everything why Bloomington attracts such great people...kind, smart, skilled, accommodating and sincere. While your dad built 2 additions for me, and they both were well-executed, I remember far more the great conversations I had with Tim about a broad range of subjects from politics to music, to IU sports, running a small business, being a father, and of course his winter time beret. I had never met a guy in construction who wore a beret with such élan. While our paths didn't cross all that much the last several years, I never ran or rode my bike on Hinkle and not think of you guys in your wonderful house on Treadwell. Your dad was rarely in the news (other than the fire from his build in Sterling Woods), he was the type of man that a community like Bloomington should be proud of and is has a future with. Tim was a man I was proud to call a friend. My prayers and thoughts are with you...Bob K

Condolence From: Evelyn Powers
Condolence: Sara...I am so very sorry you have lost your beloved hubby (and best friend). "Groundhog Day" will never be the same. But, I am so very glad that, after your retirement from our Library, you were able to spend quality time with Tim and finish your "dream" home. My thoughts and prayers are with you during this very difficult time. I thank Tim for his service to our country, and, may he rest in peace. In sympathy and friendship, Evelyn Powers, Bloomington, Indiana
