Condolence: To Max's Family
There goes one of the souls. I knew Max for over 25 years. If you needed anything at the IMU he was your go to person. I am honored to have known him. What a Spirit.

Condolence: We are so sorry to hear of Max's death. But we know where he is & he now is joined with Rosie. We are sorry but we will not be able to be there either Sunday or Monday but want you all to know that you all will be in our thoughts & prayers, especially tomorrow. We will pray for comfort, strength & peace for the coming days for you all. We thought a lot of your parents & know that he & my Dad were friends a long time. Max knew who we were @ the funeral home & we had not seen him for a while. It is hard losing your parents but we know that we will see them again when the Lord calls us home.

Condolence: Max is one of those dear people I think of when I reflect on my IMU graduate assistant years (1987-1989). I was young, naive, strong-willed, and a sponge. Even so, Max treated me like a true "colleague" and I both soaked up his wisdom and have tried to emulate him throughout my career. Seldom have I met a person who always seemed genuinely happy with and sunny about life, circumstances, people - even though I know this was not always the case. Max just made people feel good. He will be missed here, but now he joins Rosalie for everlasting life!

Condolence: My very sincere condolences to Mr. Fleetwood's family. Max was one of my personal heroes. I worked for him through the 80's and he was always fair, kind, and approachable. Working with him helped define the kind of food service manager I strived to be throughout the rest of my career. God bless.

Condolence: Max had a skill to get people to do more than they thought that they could. He had "great people skills" and was a joy to know. May his family find comfort and use the lessons learned at Dad's knee.

Condolence: My deepest sympathies go to the Fleetwood family. Such a great loss to a good family. Max was always so pleasant and friendly. Keep in mind that he is with his beloved Rosie and in peace with Jesus. We have our memories until we meet again. Blessings and comfort to ALL.
