Edward J. "Jay" Hall, 49, of Bloomington, passed away on Friday July 13, 2018 at Eskenazi Hospital in Indianapolis after a brief battle with Lymphoma. Jay was born August 14, 1968 in Bloomington and was the son of Edward J."EJ" Hall Sr. and Connie (Coan) Hall.
Jay was a 1986 graduate of Bloomington South High School and worked as a Trim Carpenter.
Jay is survived by his parents, EJ and Connie Hall, daughter , Emma Hall, sister, Heidi (Eric) Masten and their children Evan, Halle, and Hank and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Jay was preceded in death by his grandparents, Linus and Violet Coan and Ben and Regina Hall and aunt and uncle Judy and Dick Kincaid.
Jay's family will receive friends on Monday July 16, 2018 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington.
Services will be 2:00 pm Monday at The Funeral Chapel with Pastor Mickey Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers contributions in Jay's memory may be directed to the American Cancer Society.
