Robert Charles Irwin, 82, of Bloomington and Magnolia, Delaware, passed away Sunday in Bloomington. Robert was born on March 12, 1929 in Langhorne, Pennsylvania and was the son of Patrick and Ellen Irwin. Survivors include his wife Janice Irwin of Magnolia, Delaware, daughter Elaine (Irwin) Mellencamp of Bloomington, step-children Joyce Thompson and William Kivler, and two grandsons Hud and Speck Mellencamp of Bloomington. He was preceded in death by his parents. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
