Condolence: Bob was one of a kind. I didn't know him very long, but I always had so much respect for him. My father in law, Rich, considered him a dear friend and I will forever appreciate him for that. He had a big heart and a very giving one at that. He will be dearly missed. My prayers go out to his family and I hope that they find comfort and peace during this time of grief.

Condolence: Bob held two roles in my life. The first role was as the funny and welcoming uncle of my husband. Bob's conversation at family gatherings was a highlight for me. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome and a part of the group. The second was his role as the organizer for Shop with a Cop. As a school social worker, this is the time each year that I would expect Bob to come looking for names of families who needed some extra Holiday help. His heart was huge and kind, and he truly made a difference in this community. Lesilyn, Luke and Hannah - My thoughts and love go to you. Thanks for sharing your husband/dad with all of us. He really was an amazing person and I know I'm better for having known him.

Condolence: Bob was a true Son of Corydon who loved and was proud of his family, his state, and his community -- and they loved him back.
For three and a half decades, Bob risked his own safety in service of his fellow citizens as a law enforcement officer. Through it all, he maintained a sense of humor about himself and his surroundings that set him apart from the pack. His intellect (he would laugh at that), integrity, and individualism will be greatly missed by the city he served.

Condolence: So sorry for the loss of Bob. He was a great person and awesome source of professional knowledge. We attended a couple of classes together over the years and also attended the funeral of a fallen officer together a few years back. His service & friendship will NEVER be forgotten! R.I.P. Bob!
