Obituary for Marilyn Mae Medley (Hadley)

Marilyn Mae Medley, 85, of Bloomington passed away Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Richland Bean Blossom Health Care Center.
Born, June 19, 1933 in Indianapolis, Indiana, she was the daughter of Russell T. Hadley and Doris F. (Polter) Ross.
Marilyn was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her loving family.
She was a member of the Grace Baptist Temple, and enjoyed supporting their missionary volunteers.
Survivors include her special friend, Buddy Branson of Ellettsville, children, James H. Austin (Diane) of Monroe, OH; Linda Buchanan (Greg) of Finley, IN; Robert H. Austin (Roberta) of Indianapolis, and Barb Deckard (Dan) of Bloomington, grandchildren, Jimmy Austin (Jodi), Courtney Thomas (Shawn), Paul Austin (Christy), Tracey DaSilva (Marcos), Angie Schalk (Jeff), Jacob Buchanan, Brandon H. Austin (Carrie), Heather Bennett (Chris), Shawn Deckard (Sophia), Robert Deckard, and Dustin Deckard (Brandi), 21 great-grandchildren, and sister, Susan Kay Gains of Naples, Florida.
Marilyn was preceded in death by her husbands, Harold R. Austin (1991), Gene Medley (2011), and brother, Thomas Hadley.
Visitation will be 4-8pm Wednesday, July 18, 2018 and Thursday 10-11am at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington, IN 47401.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Thursday at The Funeral Chapel will Pastor Jose Esquibel officiating. Burial will follow at Clear Creek Cemetery.
