Obituary for Raymond Leon Jones

Raymond Leon Jones, 74, of Bloomington, Indiana passed away at his home on Thursday August 30, 2018, surrounded by his family. He was born in Bloomington, March 11, 1944, to Vennard and Ona Beryl (Whipple) Jones, who preceded him in death.
Raymond retired from RCA and Bloomington Transit.
He married Silva Lee Pruitt on July 24, 1971; and they have two daughters, Laura Elizabeth (Jones) and Amanda Lee (Eric) Russell. His grandchildren are Emily, Drew, and Isaac Webster, and Samantha and Travis Russell, all of whom survive.
Visitation will be on Sunday September 2, 2018 from 2 -6 pm at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington.
Private graveside services will be held at Garrison Chapel Cemetery on a later date.
