Rhea D. Funkhouser, 66 passed from this life Sunday November 11, 2018 at Hearthstone Health Campus.
Family was everything to Rhea and family always came first.
Rhea is survived by her husband of 49 years, Randy Funkhouser, son Brian (Allyson) Funkhouser, 5 grandchildren; Alyssa, Zane, Zachary, Branden, and Gavin Funkhouser; and one great grandchild, River. Also surviving are her sisters, Treva Axsom, and Joanne Harris, brothers, Butch Sowders and Michael (Jenny) Lutes and many nieces and nephews; Kevin, Toby, Danny Jo, Ashley, Missy, Miranda, Jennifer, and Katy.
Rhea was preceded in death by her mother, Betty Sowders; son, Tony Funkhouser; and sister Ramona Sowders.
Visitation for Rhea will be from 11:00 am until 1:00 pm Wednesday November 14, 2018 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington.
Services will follow visitation at 1:00 pm at The Funeral Chapel with Rev. Harold Godsey officiating. Burial will follow at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
