Condolence: I have just recently learned of Mrs. Markham's passing. I am just heartbroken. She was such a sweet lovely person. I have so many fond memories when I would deliver her Avon orders. One of the last times I was with her she wanted to show me her closet and all her pretty clothes. Another time Billy took me to the side porch where she was sitting and we sat and talked for quite a while. My heart is just broken. Prayers and blessings to all of you. Vickie Pittenger

Condolence: Through the years as I would see Mrs.Markham, I would marvel at her youthful appearance. I would comment to her daughter and my dear friend Tana, "OK, what's she eating, what creams is she using? " The answer was always a casual, "regular food and Elizabeth Arden ". I spent tons of money on Elizabeth Arden and nothing changed appreciably. The answer was her contentment in life. Her ongoing charm and happiness in her life. Her undying faith that no matter what happens, everything will be alright. A beautiful woman and truly a woman to emulate.
