Patsy Lou (Hollars) Sipes, age 78, passed away at her home in Heltonville, Indiana on February 5, 2019. She was born in Monroe County, Indiana on January 20, 1941 to Walter and Dorotha Hollars. She was a faithful member of the Hunters Creek Pentecostal Church, and retired from G.E.
Patsy married the love of her life, Raymond A. Sipes and is survived by her husband, daughters, Regina Sipes and Reba Gardner (Daniel), and her grandsons, Dakota Sears and Nathaniel Gardner. Patsy is also survived by her siblings, Sarah Sue Pitman, Mary Ellen Fishel (Jerry), David Lee Hollars (Marvella), and Larry Eugene Hollers (Melissa). She has many nieces and nephews.
Patsy was preceded in death by her mother and father, sisters, Phyllis May Hollars, Clonia Johnson (Virgil), and Nina Ruth Hollars, brother, Perry Joe Hollars.
Visitation will be from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Thursday, February 7, 2019 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third Street Bloomington, Indiana.
Services will be at 1:00 PM on Friday at The Funeral Chapel, with burial to follow at Bartlettsville Cemetery in Heltonville, Indiana. Pastor Darin Bowlen will officiate.
