Condolence From: Pam Hoskins
Condolence: Cindy - I am sorry to see the passing of your Mom. My memories of her are mostly from at your house before & after school. She was always very nice. I also remember sitting sometimes waiting for her to finish braiding your hair. Much love sent you and your husband's way.

Condolence From: John E Newland and Family
Condolence: The Newland Reunion had no lack of humor or encouraging words as long as John and Betty were in the group. After John left us Aunt Betty was faithful, not only to attend and lead in the planning of our get together, but could be counted on to be the one with the biggest smile when greeting you. She was truly interested in your goings on, not just at the reunion but all year long through cards, letters and phone calls. God bless you, Ray and Cindy, for all you did in helping her to stay a vital part of our family for all these years. We pray for comfort and peace as you reflect on a life that was beautifully lived. Psalm 46
Love, John, Annette and family

Condolence From: Russell Crow and Lynn Shipley-Crow and family
Condolence: We purchased our house right next to Betty and John back in 1985. They were the kind of neighbors that everyone would want to have and be lucky to get. Down to earth, sincere, witty and just a pleasure to talk to. It was indeed a great pleasure to live next to Betty and get to know her throughout all those years. She was a wonderful lady with a wonderful attitude which made her a pleasure to visit with. She will be fondly remembered and greatly missed.

Condolence From: Patty Tucker
Condolence: You can't mention " The Newland Reunion" in Kentucky without thinking about the fun we all had including Betty, John, Cindy and Ray. Always the razzing between Kentucky fans and of course Indiana. Betty said once after John passed away she was surprised that she was still a part of the family. We wouldn't have had it any other way. Cherish our visit with you this past summer with Sug and Linda. You will be missed and we know what a great "Reunion" you will be having with all our loved ones in Heaven. Love you, Patty and Larry Tucker,
