Obituary for Clara Maxine McMillan (Yaney)

Clara Maxine McMillan, 84, of Bloomington passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2019 surrounded by her family at Garden Villa.
Born, July 26, 1935 in Mitchell, IN; she was the daughter of the late James and Reva (Burnett) Yaney.
Maxine was the former owner/operator of Van Buren Laundromat, and she was a Home Health Aid for Indiana Home Health Care Agency for 25 years.
She was a loving mom, and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors include two sons, Michael McMillan (Sandy) of Phoenix, AZ; and Steven McMillan (Michelle) of Bloomington, two daughters, Tammy Sauer (Chris), and Julie Shields (Brian) all of Bloomington, grandchildren, Matthew McMillan, Kimberly Wright, Brandon Sauer, Jason Sauer, Brittney Taylor, Shawn Smith, and Brandi Markland, nine great-grandchildren, one great great-grandchild, three nieces, and one nephew.
Maxine was preceded in death by her former husband, Norman McMillan, and two brothers, Paul and Donald Yaney.
Visitation will be 2-6pm Sunday, October 27, 2019 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington, IN 47401.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Monday at The Funeral Chapel with Pastor Joe Nelson officiating. Burial will follow at Mitchell Cemetery in Mitchell, IN.
