Obituary for Gregory L. Fender
Gregory L. Fender, 60, of Bloomington passed away on Sunday, November 24, 2019 at Garden Villa Nursing Home. Greg was born March 1, 1959 in Bloomington, Indiana and was the son of the late Edward L. and Alberta M. (Hollers) Fender.
Greg had worked for the State Highway Department and enjoyed NASCAR, fishing and IU Basketball. He was also a member of the VFW.
Survivors include 3 sons; Chris Head, Greg Fender II, and Matt Fender; 3 sisters, Rita Shoufler (Ted), Barbara Richardson (Gary), and Sandi Tatlock (Bob). Also surviving are 7 grandchildren and his former wife, Trina Trisler.
Greg was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Danny Fender; and nephew, Jason Russell.
A Memorial Service for Greg will be held in the Spring.
