Obituary for Joe Edward Morrow

Joe Edward Morrow, 65, of Bloomington passed away July 3, 2020 at his residence, after a two year battle with cancer with his wife of 44 years by his side.
Born December 1, 1954 in Bloomington, IN he was the son of James Morrow and Ethel Bernice Clark.
Joe was in the United States Navy from 1976-1979, he also worked at Otis Elevator for 22 years and retired from Crane Naval Base after 14 years. Joe enjoyed going fishing, to the casino’s, going to Little Nashville walking around, but his favorite spot was Gatlinburg, TN. He enjoyed going to breakfast at Cloverleaf Restaurant, and spending time with family.
Survivors include his wife, Rosalie Morrow; daughter, Tonya Staggs (Brian); sons, Joe Morrow (Trisha) and Dusty Morrow (Tara); grandkids, Zackary Morrow, Lexxi Morrow, Tayleigh Morrow, Andy Staggs, Dylan Staggs, Chelsey Staggs, and Peyton Porter; brother, Jim (Becky) Morrow; sister, Debbie (David) McArtor; brother, Chris (Tina) Morrow all from Bloomington along with several nieces and nephews.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, James Morrow and Ethel Bernice Clark; paternal grandparents, Roy and Linnie Morrow; maternal grandparents, Merle and Edna Pruett; brothers, Jeff Morrow and Tommy Morrow; and three nephews, Brent Morrow, Jeffery M. Morrow and Jeffery L. Morrow.
Services for Joe will be 1:00 pm Friday, July 10, 2020 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard. Robert Pettyjohn will officiate the service and burial will follow at Garrison Chapel Cemetery with military rites.
Visitation will be on Thursday, July 9, 2020 from 5-8 pm and Friday from 12:00 pm until service time at The Funeral Chapel.
