Beverly Ann (Franklin) Koontz, age 87, of Harrodsburg, Indiana passed away on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 peacefully with her children by her side. She was born in Lawrence County, Indiana on January 6, 1933 to Lex and Truly (Swango) Franklin. Beverly was a homemaker who loved gardening, spending time with her family, and sharing her memories in her vast photo collection with friends and family members.
Beverly is survived by her children, Ronald (Mary) Koontz, Cheryl (Byron) Ayers, Christina (Tim) Stillions, and Bradley (Marci) Koontz. Beverly was also survived by ten grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren, along with sister-in-law, Judith Miller.
Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Rodney Koontz, daughter and son-in-law, Teresa and Steve Like, parents, Lex and Truly, siblings, Dorothy Perry, Rex, Darrell, Paul, Bill, and Richard Franklin.
Graveside services will be at 10:00 AM on Thursday, August 13, 2020 at Clover Hill Cemetery in Harrodsburg.
