Chad William Richardson, 35, of Ellettsville passed away on Sunday, August 23, 2020 at his residence. Chad was born July 22, 1985 in Bloomington, IN and was the son of Eric Richardson and Jenifer (Sutherlin) Pickett.
Chad enjoyed all sports but was a lifelong fan of the Miami Dolphins and Boston Red Sox and loved Fantasy Football. Chad enjoyed spending time with his children more than anything. He had most recently worked at Bloom as a Customer Support Specialist.
Survivors include his father, Eric Richardson (Peggy); mother, Jenifer Pickett (Randy Allen); son, Quinn Liam Richardson; daughter, Chloe Beth Richardson; brother, Kyle Richardson; maternal grandparents, Ron Sutherlin (Ruth); paternal grandparents, Bill Richardson (Deanna), and Karen Richardson; aunts and uncles, Anita & Jeff Carter, Randy & Cathy Sutherlin, Janet Sutherlin, Denise & Rick Knapp, Tina & Doug Fries, Michelle & Mike Stesiak, and Curt Richardson; step sister, Ashley Maurer; step brother, Nick Shelton, along with several cousins.
Chad was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother, Bonnie Sutherlin.
Services for Chad will be 7:00 pm Thursday, August 27, 2020 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington. Pastor Ryan Bramlett will officiate the service.
Visitation for Chad will be on Thursday from 3:00 pm until service time at The Funeral Chapel.
In lieu of flower donations may be made to Jenifer Pickett to be used for future expenses for Chad’s children.
