June B. Glaze, age 84, of Bloomington, Indiana passed away on Thursday, January 14, 2021 at Garden Villa in Bloomington. She was born on March 19, 1936 in Odon, Indiana to Oliver and Gladys (Masters) Burks. June enjoyed traveling and taking vacations with friends and family. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.
June is survived by her children, Barry Glaze, Peggy Clark (Steve), Darrell Glaze (Carol), Mark Glaze (Becky), and Scott Glaze, grandchildren, Jessica, Jacklyn, Kenny, Kayla, Chris, Shelbi, Samantha, and Rasha, several great-grandchildren, and sister, Hallie McNabb.
June was preceded in death by her husband, Russell Glaze, parents, brothers, Don and Dean Burks, and sisters, Alene Bowman, Winnie Garrett, and Rowena Turner.
Visitation for June will be from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third Street Bloomington, Indiana.
Funeral services will be private due to Covid-19 restrictions.
Entombment will be at Valhalla Memory Gardens in Bloomington.
