Obituary for Brandi Lee Kinser
Brandi Lee "Sissy" Kinser, 40, of Bloomington passed away Wednesday, February 17, 2021 surrounded by her loving family.
Born, December 8, 1980 in Bloomington, she was the daughter of the late Gary and Penny (Hines) Kinser.
Survivors include her aunt, Kaye Elkins who became Brandi’s guardian and caregiver after the passing of her parents. Brandi is also survived by her sister, Tammy Lucas (Thomas), and brothers, Dallas Kinser and Shane Kinser (Jennifer), aunts, Peggy Prince and Connie Jo Kinser, her special caregivers, Pam Jackson, Angela Zike,and Glenda Elkins and several other cousins, nieces and nephews.
Brandi was preceded in death by her grandparents, Pete and Hazel Kinser and Robert and Margaret Hines, uncle, Richard Prince, and her best friend, Kyla Belle Waltz.
Visitation will be 12-2pm Wednesday, February 24, 2021 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard in Bloomington.
Funeral services will be private with Pastor Mickey Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Clear Creek Cemetery next to her parents.
