James Everette Jones, 54, of Shelbyville passed away on Friday, April 9, 2021 at University Hospital in Indianapolis.
James was born November 28, 1966 in Memphis, TN and was the son of Donald Everette Jones and Theresa (Bennett) Jones. James loved listening to music and watching tv.
Survivors include his mother, Theresa Jones; brother and sister-in-law, Donald and Laura Jones; aunts, Larry Hilliard, Althea Jones, Alice Jones, and Janice Jones; niece, Maresa "Mary" Jones and many cousins, friends and other family members.
James was preceded in death by his father Donald in 2005.
Visitation for James will be 11 am until service time on Friday, April 16, 2021 at The Funeral Chapel. Services will be 1 pm Friday at The Funeral Chapel with Pastor Stephen Johnson officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Gilead Cemetery.
