Obituary for Larry Allen Thompson
Larry Allen Thompson, Jr., age 80, of Bloomfield, Indiana passed away on Saturday, November 6, 2021 at his residence. Larry was born on May 22, 1941 in Bloomington, Indiana to Lawrence and Louise (Thacker) Thompson.
Larry enjoyed golfing and spending winters in Florida. He was self employed as a carpet installer, and later retired and owned his own car dealership.
Larry was married to Loretta Sue (Puett) Thompson for 60 years. Together, they had five children; Treasa Silvers, Alan Dean Thompson, Eugena Suzette Ryan, Fred Michelle Thompson, and Tony Lee Thompson. He had four siblings, Robert Thompson, Linda Stephen, Diana Melvin, and Danny Thompson. Larry had 25 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be at 1:00 PM on Monday, November 15, 2021 at Clear Creek Cemetery in Bloomington.
