Obituary for Matthew Lee Flanders
Matthew Lee Flanders, 52 of Springville, passed away on Friday, December 24, 2021 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. Matthew was born January 3, 1969 and was the son of Carol (Flanders) Duzan.
Matthew was a graduate of Owen Valley High School and had worked at Cintas. He had also been a member of the Clay Township and Center Township Fire Departments.
Matthew is survived by his mother, Carol Duzan; 3 sisters, Michelle (Mark) Crail, Melissa (Josh) Rockwood, and Pam (Bruce) Anderson; brother, David Duzan and several nieces and nephews.
Matthew was preceded in death by his grandparents, Hobart and Mary Duzan; step father, Ron Duzan; nephew, John Crail; and uncle, Steve Duzan.
Visitation for Matthew will be Monday, January 3, 2022 from 11 am until noon at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard.
Graveside services will be 1 pm Monday at Bethel Cemetery with Pastor Troy Borst officiating.
