James Lawrence, age 47, of Bloomington, Indiana passed away at IU Health Bloomington Hospital on Monday, January 10, 2022. He was born in Bloomington on June 25, 1974 to John Mark Lawrence and Anna Coffey. James worked at Meineke and Mr. Lubie, was a carpet installer, and worked in construction. He enjoyed listening to music, driving, watching cartoons, and he loved working on cars. Mr. Fix It All would tinker with anything. He enjoyed sitting in the woods and looking at the stars with Raydean.
James is survived by his daughters, Kayla and Jay Lawrence, grandchildren, Bayley, Corbyn , and Kelsey Rood, soulmate of 33 years, Raydean Chandler, father, brother, John Mark Lawrence, sisters, Madeline Nelson and Teresa Villegas, and nieces and nephews, Amanda Nelson, George Nelson, Hailey Coffey, and Chance Nelson.
James was preceded in death by his mother, and brother, Jack Nelson.
Graveside services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at Greene County Chapel Cemetery, 4512 N. Greene County Line Road Solsberry, Indiana.
