William “Bill” Chambers, age 61, of Bloomington, Indiana passed away at his residence on Sunday, April 24, 2022. Bill was born in Bloomington on April 7, 1961 to Harold Lee and Ellen Elizabeth (Whaley) Chambers. Bill loved spending time outdoors, especially hunting mushrooms and ginseng, and going to sprint car races. He was a big fan of Josh Burton.
Bill is survived by his brothers, Phillip Chambers (Carol) and Danny Lee Chambers, one niece and five nephews, best friend, DeeDee Bridgewater, and former girlfriend, Sonja (Evans) Walker.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Joseph Chambers.
Burial will be private at White Oak Cemetery in Bloomington.
