David Carl “Bud” Brock, age 84, of Unionville, Indiana, passed away peacefully at his residence on July 7, 2022 with his three children and grandchildren by his side.
Born on December 25, 1937 in Unionville, Indiana, Bud was the son of Leonard Brock and Dorothy Lanem Brock.

Bud was self-employed with his own construction business; Brock Construction. He was a member of the Unionville Church of Christ in Unionville, and loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.
Bud is survived by his daughters, Jane Ann Bodensteiner and Susan Leah Brock and; son, David C. Brock II; grandchildren, Gregory Fender, Kristen Sanders, Brandon Bodensteiner and Branson Gilliland; 9 great-grandchildren, and 2 more on the way.
Bud was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Marjorie Brock, brothers, George and Donald Brock, and infant grandson, Timothy Nash Gilliland.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 P.M. until 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington, Indiana.
Services will begin at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 16, 2022 at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, with Burial following at Little Union Cemetery in Unionville, Indiana.
