Crystal Czobakowski, age 41, of Bloomington, Indiana passed away on Sunday, July 17, 2022 at IU Health Bloomington Hospital. She was born in Bloomington on January 16, 1981, the daughter of Nancy “Beth” Dean. Crystal enjoyed working and fishing, and loved her family dearly.
Crystal is survived by her mother, Nancy “Beth” Dean (Russell); siblings, Brandy Jewel, Dustin Jewel, and Anthony Jewel; aunts, Sue Turner (Jim), Sylvia Hill, Jane Johnson (Duke), Joyce Thomas, Christopher Addison (Angel), and Dennis Addison; cousins, Melinda Gleadle (Rob), Heather Neuhaus, Debbie Siple (Marvin), Jeremiah Siple, David Green, Michael Green, Eddie Paul Turner (Laura), Ricky Thomas, Rusty Thomas (Shanda), Rob Hill, Holly Shumaker (Randy), and Kelly Parsons; close friend Debbie Chester, and several other friends. The family would also like to extend their thanks to the Shalom Center and St. Vincent Depaul for their help during this difficult time.
Crystal was preceded in death by 3 infant children, grandparents, Claude and Inez Dean, and cousins, Richard Hill, J.R. Ward, Remington Johnson, Gary Gleadle, Randy Jo, and Jake Neauhaus.
