Obituary for Chloe Ruth
Chloe (Baker) Ruth, 87, of Bloomington passed away peacefully at her home with her daughter at her side. Chloe was born November 7, 1934 in Bloomington and was the daughter of the late Rodney Thomas and Mary (Brumwell) Baker.
Chloe was a homemaker and enjoyed boating, fishing and being with her family. She was a member of Sherwood Oaks Christian Church.
Chloe is survived by her daughter, Pamela (Bob) Gordon; brothers, Larry (Elaine) Baker and Tom (Linda) Baker; granddaughter, Rachel Martin, several beloved nieces and nephews; and her dear friend of 80 years, Mary Mitchell.
Chloe was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Maurice Ruth; two sisters, Pat Bailey and Nancy Cantrell; and two brothers, Wesley “ Bud” Baker and Michael Rodney Baker.
A Celebration of Life to honor Chloe will be scheduled at a later date.
