Obituary for Heather Spencer
Heather Marie Spencer passed away at the IU Hospice Home in Bloomington on October 31, 2022 at the age of 47.
Heather was born on August 24, 1975 in Bloomington, daughter to Casey Branigin and Darlene (Anderson) Miller. She graduated in the Eastern Greene High School Class of 1993. She was a deeply caring woman and mother. She adored animals. Above all else she loved her son, and gave all she could to make sure he had everything he needed.
Heather is survived by her mother Darlene Miller, her step-father James Miller, her son Casey James Branigin, her sister Brylee Miller,stepsister Heather Thomas as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father Casey Branigin, step-brother James “Jay” Miller III, her maternal grandparents Charles and Iva Anderson, and her paternal grandparents Earl and Ellen Branigin.
Services for Heather will be held at a later date. The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard has been entrusted with her care.
