Ronald Eugene “Ron” Dougan, 67 of Bloomington passed away on Friday November 11, 2022 at his residence with his wife at his side.
Ron was born December 19, 1954 in Muncie, Indiana and was the son of the late Donald and Doris (Conyers) Dougan.
Ron was a Veteran of the United States Navy and retired from General Electric after 35 years. He was a member of Clear Creek Christian Church, loved to travel and fish.
Survivors include his wife of 49 ½ years, Sara (Hastings) Dougan; 4 brothers, Donald, Joseph, Robert and Jeff; sister-in-law, Linda Clark; nephew Travis Stickels (Laura); niece Tracy Stickels; great nieces and nephews, Adam Smith (Stephanie), Kylie Stickels (Jordyn), Jordan Stickels, Dylan Stickels, Emily Webster, Drew Webster, and Isaac Webster.
Ron was preceded in death by his parents.
Services for Ron will be private and he will be laid to rest at Valhalla Memory Gardens.
