Jessica Sylvester (Harden) age 34, of Bloomfield, Indiana, passed away surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, February 19, 2023.
Born on December 16, 1988 in Bloomington, Indiana, Jessica was the daughter of Jefferson Hardin and Verdina Lee (Bridgewater).
Jessica enjoyed cleaning, listening to music, writing, doing her makeup, watching TV – especially Dr. Phil, and found most joy in spending time with her precious children, and doing crafts with them.
Jessica is survived by her father, Jefferson Hardin; mothers, Verdina Bridgewater and Julia Harden; husband, Chad Sylvester; son, Jordan Nicholson; daughters, Sophia Harden, Bailey Sylvester, Whitney Burke and Shayla Nicholson; brothers, Joshua Harden, Lelan Harden, Conner Harden, and Dillan Nicholson; sisters, Misty Nicholson (Dakota), Judith Wilson, Hailey Kelly (Dakota), Alisha Hillenburg (Bill), and Ashely Vaught; mother-in-law, Janice Grubb (John Hanner); maternal grandparents, Dianna Hillenburg and Butch Bridgewater; several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Jessica is preceded in death by her brother, Brandon Edwards-Bridgewater; paternal grandparents, Herbert and Kathy Harden; maternal grandmother, Judy Phillips; and step-father, Donnie Lee.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 23, 2023 from 11:00 A.M. until 1:00 P.M. at The Funeral Chapel of Powell and Deckard, 3000 E. Third St. Bloomington, IN, with a funeral service beginning at 1:00 P.M.
