Peggy Joyce Robertson, 96 of Bloomington passed away on Thursday March 2, 2023 at her residence with her family at her side. Peggy was born October 10, 1926 in Bloomington, Indiana and was the daughter of the late Howard and Bertie Bell (Southern) Grubb.

Peggy married Paul E. Robertson and they enjoyed 69 years of marriage before his passing in 2016. Peggy had worked at Sarkes Tarzian and later was an Antique Dealer with her husband.

Peggy is survived by her daughters, Rhonda Appleberry (Fiancé Jim Moran) and Terri Miles (husband Jeff); 4 grandchildren, Alaina Appleberry, Kayla Appleberry, Abby Miles and Bella Miles and 6 great grandchildren, Theo, Elyse, Taryn, Adrian, Ronin, and William.


Peggy was preceded in death by her husband, parents and brother, Gilbert Grubb.
Peggy’s family would like to thank Home Instead, especially Jan Bialy for her wonderful care for the past 6 years along with Elara Caring Hospice the last few weeks.

At Peggy’s request there will be no formal services but her family will gather at 1pm Tuesday March 7, 2023 at Clear Creek Cemetery as she is laid to rest next to her husband.
