Gene Murray, age 53, of Bloomington, Indiana passed away on April 1, 2023.
Born on March 18, 1970 in Bloomington, Gene was the son of Dean Lee Murray and Clara Mae (Huffman) Reynolds.
Gene loved to be outdoors fishing, camping, riding four-wheelers and going out on his boat. He was an avid motorsports fan, and you could always find him working on cars whenever he had the opportunity. He was passionate about his tattoos and his headlamp, which he was never known to be without. However, what Gene adored most was spending time with his two beautiful daughters, and his grandchildren.
Gene had many friends, and never met a stranger. He was kind to all, and his humor was unmatched.
Gene is survived by his mother; two daughters, Megan and Shelby Murray; grandchildren, Jaden, Cameron, Ja-Nyla, and Semaj-E; and former wife, Lisa Bullis.
Gene was preceded in death by his father; brother, Dennis Murray; and step-father, Donald Reynolds.
Per Gene’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
